FORENSIC INVESTIGATIONS
We will provide on-site expertise regarding problems in your structure,
as well as defining the steps needed to remediate the problem. We can provide soil
testing, concrete coring and compression testing, on-site reinforcement location
with our ultrasonic
testing equipment,
and laser level
testing. At times a problem can be resolved quickly with just a short visit
and a stamped remediation recommendation, other times a more in-depth
investigation and analysis is required.
 We
can provide both, and also provide expert testimony when needed to resolve a
dispute between parties. Our approach is to identify the most economical
and
technically sound solution
to each problem, keeping in mind the owner's cost.
